Opening of The Speed Art Museum: Masterworks from the Kentucky Collection. June 23, 2013, Sunday 2-4 PM.

The Speed is currently closed for renovation, so Hopewell becomes an extension of their collection for this summer exhibit featuring the finest from Kentucky artists. The artwork spans nearly 300 years of Kentucky artistic achievement as it enriches the lives of Kentuckians. Curated by art historian Estill Curtis Pennington. On display June 23-August 25, 2013. Light Refreshments. Free.
